How To Prepare

1. Empty a sachet into a cup or bowl.
2. Add 250-350ml of boiling water.
3. Stir well and wait a few moments, then enjoy whilst still hot. Do not reheat.

Returns & Refunds

• Since this is a food-grade product, unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns for safety reasons.
• If your order arrives damaged or torn, please do not consume it and contact our team immediately.
• If you’re not completely satisfied with SmarterNaturally Soup, or have feedback you’d like to share with us, please let us know.

Your Trial Period

• As soon as you complete your purchase, we’ll send you two 4-week trial packs. Each box will will contain one box of 4 sachets (40g each) – 8 sachets total. This is enough for a 4-week trial period for two people.
• If our soup isn’t for you, you’re free to cancel your ongoing subscription at any time during your trial.
• 10 days before your trial period ends, we’ll send you a reminder by email that we’ll soon be taking your next payment. If you’d prefer not to continue your subscription, you can still cancel at this stage.
• One week before your trial period ends, we will process your next payment and send two 12-week supplies of our soup right to your door. We do this so that you don’t run out and can maintain a consistent dose of one portion of soup a week – even if delivery takes longer than we expect.

Your Ongoing Subscription

• You’ll receive 6 boxes (24 sachets) of SmarterNaturally Soup every 12 weeks for as long as you’re subscribed. This is enough for a once-weekly supply for two people.
• We’ll always notify you by email a few days before we take your next payment.
• You can delay your next renewal – or pause or cancel your subscription – at any time.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Why Does This Product Contain Sugar?

SmarterNaturally Soup contains trace amounts of glucose syrup and maltodextrin as these improve the soup’s flavour. Everybody (even those with type-2 diabetes) need a small amount of sugar in their diet, and since the amount of sugar in our soup is very small – and you’ll only be eating one portion of SmarterNaturally Soup a week – the presence of these ingredients shouldn’t cause any concern.

Can I Get My Glucoraphanin Elsewhere?

Often you’ll get very little (if any!) active glucoraphanin from eating traditional broccoli. We grow, prepare and process our unique GRextra broccoli very carefully to ensure that each bowl of SmarterNaturally Soup contains the right amount of glucoraphanin and the enzymes needed to activate it in your gut – as well as a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals and fibre. There’s no better way to add all that to your diet!

Why Is This Product Only Available as a Subscription?

SmarterNaturally Soup works best when eaten regularly once a week over several months, so we only offer it as a subscription to maximise the chances that you see a positive benefit to your health.

What If I Want to Start Multiple Subscriptions?
