Jess is a CIM qualified global marketer with a wide range of experience across technology, and most recently food science in both Business to Business and Business Consumer marketing.
Through roles at IBM, Xchanging and SilverRail, Jess has executed world-class marketing awareness campaigns and employee/consumer research programs across multiple industries, markets and products.
Jess’s passion for customer research began at IBM when in charge of the UK centennial celebrations. This lead down a road of telling IBM’s history through its own people. Getting to share stakeholders’ stories and learn what inspired them fuelled her interest in learning more about consumers and what motivates their actions further.
At Xchanging this curiosity developed further when she conducted one of the largest global surveys of procurement directors, unearthing their motivations and aspirations which in turn helped to rebrand their entire procurement offering in-line with customer demands.
Now at SmarterNaturally she is helping to co-create a product alongside consumers with the aim of creating a product that could help millions of people across the UK who are struggling to control high blood sugar levels!
