At present if you are diagnosed as being pre-diabetic the advice that is given is to modify your diet, such as reducing the amount of carbohydrates you eat (e.g. bread and pasta) and increasing the amount of fibre (fruits, vegetables and pulses) and exercise more. There are various foods that may help to lower blood glucose but there is insufficient scientific evidence that they are effective. We are working towards getting health claims for our products, providing third party confirmation that the product works. There is no other product that is able to lower blood glucose, by just consuming one portion a week.
