We’re Currently Looking For:
Customer Loyalty Lead
We’re looking for a warm and skilled communicator to lead on our communications with existing customers, in an effort to improve their experience with us and drive brand loyalty and advocacy amongst our existing customer base.
- Expected hours: ~2 days/week
- Freelance contract, rate negotiable
We run a health-focused subscription-based business, so our existing customers are of the upmost importance to us. That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Loyalty Lead to engage with our existing customers and engender loyalty and advocacy among them.
Supported by the Head of Communications, this role would encompass responsibility for all communications and marketing initiatives aimed at our existing customers, including:
- Creating email marketing campaigns
- Creating in-box flyers and leaflets delivered with subscription orders
- Sourcing and writing up case studies, testimonials and reviews from our customers
- Supporting our front-line customer services team with specific enquiries
- Driving adoption of our referral and customer ambassador programmes
- Collecting and analysing customer data to inform our service and product offerings and suggesting ways we can improve them to better satisfy our customers

Partnerships Lead
We’re looking for a friendly yet tenacious salesperson to lead on our efforts to form partnerships with other organisations to grow our business. You’d be actively reaching out to and cultivating relationships with commercial and non-profit organisations, and setting up partnerships with them.
- Expected hours: ~2 days/week
- Freelance contract, rate negotiable
Our business model is currently direct-to-consumer sales, but there are huge opportunities for us to grow through partnerships with other larger organisations that complement what we do. That’s why we’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to find and develop partnerships that could help us reach and engage with a much larger number of customers.
Supported by the Head of Communications, this role would encompass responsibility for all partnership initiatives, including:
- Using our existing databases + new research to actively identifying new partnership opportunities that could drive awareness, new customer acquisition, or offer alternate revenue revenue streams
- Developing relationships with potential partners with a view to getting partnership agreements in place
- Managing ongoing partnerships, including both individual corporate partnerships and our affiliate partnership programme
This is an active and challenging role, well suited to those who would enjoy engaging with big players in the health and wellness industry and playing a critical role in helping our business grow to the next level.

Website Manager
We’re looking for a reliable website manager to look after our site on a day-to-day basis. You’d be uploading content, supporting our customer service team with website enquiries and liaising with our website developer as required.
- Expected hours: ~1-2 days/week
- Freelance contract, rate negotiable
We’re currently a small team, but we’ve got big ambitions – one of which is really developing our website. That’s why we’re looking for a Website Manager to take over the running and ongoing growth of our website.
Supported by the Head of Communications, this role would encompass responsibility for the day-to-day running of our website, including:
- Uploading new content to our CMS
- Reviewing analytics and suggesting ideas for new content and formats to develop our site
- Ensuring our site is kept tidy and well-optimised for performance and search visibility
- Supporting our front-line customer service team with specific enquiries
- Working with our web developer as required to solve any technical issues
This is a stable supporting role, well suited to those who know their way around a CMS and would enjoy crafting a website that looks, feels and performs brilliantly and offers huge value to our customers.
