Method
Fry the diced onions for a few minutes in olive oil until soft and golden then stir in the garlic. Cook for another minute then stir in the ras el hanout and pour in the tomatoes and add the chilli. Simmer for five minutes and season with pinch salt and pepper.
While it’s cooking mix the Smarter Naturally powder with the hot water in a cup until you have a paste. Once the shakshuka has cooked for a five minutes, remove from the heat and stir in the paste and leave to one side.
In a separate pan, fry an egg to your preference.
To serve, decant shakshuka into a serving bowl, top with egg, crumble over the feta, garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy!
