Method
Fry pancetta or diced bacon in a hot pan with half the olive oil for a few minutes until it starts to crisp. Stir in the brussel sprouts, sage leaves and butter and season generously with black pepper, fry for another few minutes. Drop in the cranberries and shredded turkey or chicken and cook for another minute to warm through. Once done, remove from the heat.
Mix together one sachet of SmarterNaturally soup with 250ml of turkey stock (or chicken), then spoon the fried mixture on top placing it in the centre of the soup. Finish with a drizzle of the remaining olive oil and serve!

Theo's Top Tips:
A pinch of chilli flakes goes really well.
Go vegetarian by omitting the bacon and turkey and swapping for roasted onions (or any other leftover veg!)
Make a turkey stock with some of the bones of the turkey by simmer in water for an hour or use a low-sodium stock cube.
